DJI Enterprise Care additional insurance for your Phantom 4 RTK
- Model compatibility: DJI Phantom 4 RTK
- Additional insurance from the manufacturer for the corresponding DJI Enterprise product with a term of 12 months from activation
- The additional insurance covers product damage due to operating errors, falls, collisions, as well as damage caused by water or signal loss
- For a fee, you will receive up to two replacement devices during the defined warranty period
- The additional insurance can be activated with a new device within 72 hours. Please note the relevant requirements in the item description.
- Fees in the first claim - 299 EUR, in the second claim - 399 EUR (including delivery and transport costs from DJI to you)
The DJI Enterprise Care supplementary insurance covers various risks that can usually occur when operating a multicopter. The cover includes replacement delivery in the event of operating errors, crashes, collisions, damage caused by water and damage caused by signal loss. The service package therefore makes a significant contribution to securing the investment made and minimizing risks. It does not include liability insurance, which must be taken out separately in accordance with applicable Swiss regulations. Activate the service within 48 hours together with a new device and you will have the opportunity to purchase up to two replacement devices at favorable conditions (manufacturer's delivery and shipping costs) during the insurance term. The resulting contractual relationship is between you as the customer and the provider of the service, DJI Enterprise. Please note that some Enterprise products already include DJI Enterprise Care packages as a standard service from the manufacturer. The corresponding insurance cover can be extended by a further 12 months with a separately available Renew package. In addition, the official warranty period of the product is also extended by 12 months. The number of replacement devices is then reduced to a maximum of one replacement device during the term.
Conditions
If your drone or camera meets one of the following conditions, you can activate DJI Care Enterprise. • Brand new drone or camera that has not been activated yet. • Drone or cameras activated less than 72 hours ago. • Drones or cameras that have been repaired at an official DJI Service Center less than 48 hours ago and are therefore deemed to be free of defects. Not included in the scope of services
The processing fees shown include postage and shipping costs from the manufacturer. They do not include any taxes or customs processing costs. These must be borne by you as the contracting party.
